Call for papers — international conference, 19–20 November 2026

Zaporizhzhia National University invites you to the international scientific and practical conference “Developing the Competences of a New Generation of Higher Education Students at All Levels amid the Digital Revolution in Education, Management and Business”. The conference marks the 30th anniversary of the Department of Management and Administration.

The conference takes place online on 19–20 November 2026. Working languages are Ukrainian, English and Polish. It is organised by Zaporizhzhia National University together with partner universities in Ukraine and Lithuania.

Sections

  1. Digital creativity, innovative and foresight thinking as key competences of a new generation of professionals.
  2. Integrating artificial intelligence into education: a new culture of intellectual, digital and creative competences.
  3. Interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity as the methodology of Education 5.0: a synergy of knowledge, competences and professional practice in the smart society.
  4. Digital ethics, cybersecurity and a culture of responsibility as key competences of the new educational paradigm: the axiological dimension of education.
  5. Entrepreneurial and leadership agency of the new generation of students: developing human potential in the digital economy and the smart society.
  6. Digital humanism and barrier-free education as the basis of new-generation competences: human dignity, freedom, inclusion, equal opportunities and social responsibility.
  7. Civil servant 5.0: the philosophy of a new agency, digital competences, human-centredness and the synergy of “human – AI – state – society”.
  8. The philosophy of the digital transformation of management and business: from technology-centred to human-centred sustainable development.

Sections 2, 6, 7 and 8 echo the research of the Synergy project: artificial intelligence, digital humanism and sustainable development.

How to take part

By 1 November 2026, send an application form and the abstract of your paper as separate files to valentinavoronkova236@gmail.com, azazmarina17@gmail.com and vitalina2006@ukr.net. Name the files after the author, for example “Ivaniuk P.P._abstract.doc” and “Ivaniuk P.P._application.doc”.

The application gives your full name, academic degree and title, place of work or study (full name), position (for students, level and group), e-mail, ORCID, phone number, the title of the paper and the section.

The abstract is 3–5 pages in MS Word (.doc): A4, Times New Roman, 14 pt, single spacing. At the top left come the UDC code, the author’s name, organisation (city, country), e-mail and ORCID; after a blank line, the title of the paper in capitals, centred. The abstract covers relevance, a review of recent research, aim, main text, conclusions and recommendations. References go in the form [1, p. 9]; the reference list is alphabetical and includes only works from the last five years.
